Transportation information
Orders using ground transportation from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7 working days after obtaining credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the next working day. After the order is shipped, all customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Orders submitted before 12pm CST (with the option of "next day" or "two days" shipping) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm CST or on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day. Personalized orders on the second or second day may require an additional working day to process
All orders are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, or FedEx.

International
All international transportation orders are subject to additional transportation fees based on the country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. Kendra Scott, LLC is not related to these expenses. All fees shall be paid by the customer upon delivery. Most countries calculate shipping, taxes, tariffs, and duties at checkout, and customers do not owe any additional fees upon delivery.
